C12 Is Difficult to Understand From a Brochure
C12 Forum is more than leadership development, business coaching, or networking.
It brings Christian CEOs and owners together around one table to work through business challenges, sharpen leadership decisions, grow in faith, and hold one another accountable to building both a strong business and a life of faithful stewardship.
Rather than asking you to take our word for it, we are opening the table for a small group of qualified leaders to experience a full C12 Forum day firsthand.
You do not need to decide whether C12 is right for you before October 14. The purpose of the day is to help you experience it clearly enough to make that decision for yourself.

Confidentiality matters. C12 Forum discussions are confidential. Guests are expected to honor the same standard of confidentiality that applies to ongoing C12 members.

What We’ll Work Through on October 14
The Reductionist Mindset
How can intentional reduction unlock exponential value? Drawing from Juliet Funt’s work on strategic pause, we will explore how leaders can systematically eliminate non-essential processes, create organizational space for innovation, and discover how doing less strategically can enable greater impact.
Leaving a Leadership Legacy
The most impactful leaders create influence that extends far beyond their own careers and accomplishments. We will explore how to intentionally build a leadership legacy by developing others, multiplying Kingdom impact, and establishing systems that continue beyond one leader.
Who Will Be at the Table?
A Room Designed for Peer-Level Conversation
Most participants on October 14 will be CEOs and owners experiencing C12 for the first time. Several established C12 members will also join the group so guests can experience the candor, perspective, and peer interaction that develop around a C12 table.

Designed for CEOs and Owners Carrying Significant Leadership Responsibility
C12 CEO/Owner Forum is designed primarily for Christian CEOs, owners, and presidents who:
- serve as a primary decision-maker for their organization;
- lead an organization with approximately $2 million or more in annual revenue;
- lead a team of approximately 10 or more employees;
- want to grow as both a business leader and a Christ-centered leader;
- are willing to engage honestly with other experienced leaders;
- want biblical truth to influence the way they lead, make decisions, and steward their business.
C12 was developed primarily for leaders of for-profit companies, although some nonprofit executives also find significant value in the Forum experience.

Our foundation
Faith Is Not an Add-On
C12 is unapologetically Christian.
Forum conversations intentionally integrate biblical truth, prayer, stewardship, leadership, business performance, and the belief that our work can serve a greater purpose.
You do not need to have every answer or have everything figured out. But you should be comfortable participating in a community where faith in Jesus Christ is openly and intentionally part of the conversation.

Monthly Forum Day
A full day each month dedicated to working on your business, leadership, faith, and most important priorities alongside a consistent peer group.
Monthly FOCUS60
A monthly one-on-one meeting between a C12 member and their Chair. It creates dedicated space to work through priorities, decisions, accountability, and the issues that may not receive enough attention during the normal demands of leading the business.
Ongoing Peer Advisory Relationship
A consistent group of Christian CEOs and owners who learn your business over time and can offer increasingly relevant perspective and accountability.
C12 Curriculum and Tools
Monthly business, leadership, and ministry curriculum designed specifically for Christian business leaders.
There is no obligation to join C12 by attending October 14.
